Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
- Ensure the safety of the workspace by adhering to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if certified) or pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Keep workstations organized and clean to maintain a high-efficiency environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
