Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with strict safety regulations at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or bottlenecks in the workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods without fatigue.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
