Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct all daily warehouse activities during the weekend shift.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance.
- Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Oversee loading, unloading, and shipping operations to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
