Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT scores)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service workflows
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for skill development
- Adhere to PCI compliance protocols during payment processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with basic computer proficiency
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm shifts available)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation
