Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain call logs
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with supervisors to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Uphold PCI compliance standards during payment processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Flexible schedule availability (including holidays)
- Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screen
