Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases and maintain compliance standards
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Support cross-functional projects during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm PST)
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced situations
