Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries regarding accounts, services, and billing for Sacramento and Virginia clients
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with virtual team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
