Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for diverse industries including telecommunications and retail
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain call quality standards
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call duration and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation proficiency
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm)
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to de-escalate challenging situations
