Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outbound calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately into the CRM database.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
