Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our internal systems.
- Provide product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a high level of call quality and adhere to all company policies and scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
