- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working hybrid.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
