Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude during high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and customer feedback scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
