- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex issue escalation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to SLA standards for response and resolution times
- Complete weekly training modules on product updates and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or chat support experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask 3-5 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with technical troubleshooting skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
