- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
