- Provide accurate product information and technical troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all written correspondence.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and escalate complex issues that require additional support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
