- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM database with high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the week-day operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficient in using computer software and navigating the web.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
