Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during weekend operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and update client records and service logs within our CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and performance monitoring to ensure operational stability.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
