Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints including in-person assistance, phone inquiries, and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and visual merchandising execution
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Execute store opening/closing procedures including safety checks and cash reconciliation
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current college students strongly encouraged
- 0-2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
