Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
