Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet weekly performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
