Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers through solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain updated records.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, typing, and navigating multiple windows.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during peak hours.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
