Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately within company guidelines.
- Update customer records and provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless weekend operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
