Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on rapid resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and completely in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity during the weekend.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for full-time hours (typically 40 hours).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
