- Update customer records accurately in our CRM database after every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to sales scripts and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex technical or billing issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not always required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote positions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
