Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and product merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation and safety standards
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications
