Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Uphold company standards for quality and service excellence
- Support inventory management and store presentation duties
- Assist with weekend event coordination and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
