Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-store, phone, and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and visual merchandising techniques
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards during all shifts
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license (required for North Carolina market rotations)
- Previous retail or service industry experience preferred but not mandatory
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing priorities
