Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates to ensure operational stability.
- Assist in inventory management for IT equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose hardware and software issues quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
