Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external clients during weekend operations.
- Monitor system performance and address alerts proactively to ensure minimal downtime.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all company safety and operational protocols.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software for new team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
