Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Greet guests, manage registration/check-in processes, and provide venue information
- Assist with crowd control and ensure guest safety at all times
- Collaborate with team members for seamless event execution
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout shifts
- Adapt to changing priorities and client requests during live events
- Submit accurate shift reports and documentation for same-day payment processing
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/week)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations in San Antonio area
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and holidays as needed
