Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests and VIPs
- Manage venue operations during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Process transactions using POS systems and maintain cash accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and creativity
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Valid food handler/servsafe certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to Sunset Boulevard location
