- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at high-traffic events
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply inventory
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Must have reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments
- Flexible schedule and punctuality are essential
