Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-ins, concierge assistance, and special requests
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail
- Manage inventory restocking and supply chain coordination for weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence and safety protocols
- Contribute to weekend occupancy optimization through upselling and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) a plus
- Valid California driver's license for occasional errands
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Local San Diego residency preferred for commute reliability
