Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, signage, and equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Ensure venue safety standards and emergency protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations across San Diego
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for check-in systems (training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow detailed instructions
