Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at weekend events
- Operate event-specific equipment (tents, signage, audio)
- Provide exceptional customer service and information support

- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams
- Report operational issues and attendee feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Flexibility to work in outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation to event locations
