Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, picking, and packing of merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the morning and night shifts to ensure seamless operational transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment usage and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
