Responsibilities
- Sort and organize inventory with precision scanning systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick/pack high-volume weekend orders with 99% accuracy
- Conduct daily warehouse safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend targets
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (Sat/Sun + 1 weekday)
- Valid driver's license
