Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during peak weekend hours.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track shipment progress and update records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days.
- Reliable transportation is a must for weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
