Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient mobility, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
