Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations during weekends/nights, ensuring seamless workflow
- Coordinate team schedules and resource allocation across departments
- Monitor safety protocols and address immediate operational issues
- Document shift activities and prepare comprehensive handover reports
- Train and mentor new shift personnel on company procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to enhance shift efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years experience in shift-based or 24/7 operations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
