Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care assistance under RN supervision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations
- Coordinate weekend patient admissions and discharges
- Assist with medical equipment maintenance and inventory
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborate with cross-functional weekend teams
- Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Arizona CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic EHR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
