Responsibilities
- Delve patient intake and registration processes with accuracy and empathy
- Assist medical staff with clinical procedures and administrative tasks
- Manage patient records and maintain strict HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
