Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
- Monitor server health and resolve critical system alerts proactively.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for weekend staff.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Respond to emergency requests and maintain high availability standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional for remote support).
