Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage incoming helpdesk tickets and prioritize resolution based on urgency.
- Perform routine system maintenance and patch management on weekends.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the week-day support team to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Office 365.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
