Responsibilities
- Provide On-Site Support: Deliver hands-on technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor server health and network performance to ensure 99.9% uptime during weekend operations.
- Hardware Deployment: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Ticket Resolution: Prioritize and resolve incoming IT support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Security Audits: Perform routine checks on access logs and security protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors for repairs and hardware replacements as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Linux environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required for on-site travel.
