Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user inquiries efficiently.
- Perform routine system backups and maintenance during off-hours.
- Monitor server health and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (up to 25 lbs).
