Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server health and network security during weekend operations.
- Execute routine system backups and software updates to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for internal hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve critical incidents promptly.
- Document all maintenance activities and incident reports in our knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure basics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
