Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Resolve desktop support issues, printer malfunctions, and software installation requests for our clients.
- On-Site Support: Provide expert technical assistance to employees and visitors at our San Francisco headquarters on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Network Maintenance: Perform routine checks on network connectivity, VPN access, and security protocols to ensure system integrity.
- Asset Management: Assist in tracking, logging, and managing IT inventory and hardware assets.
- User Assistance: Deliver exceptional customer service by answering technical queries and guiding users through troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (100% weekend availability).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking knowledge.
