Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all stock to maintain our high standards.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately update inventory counts and logs.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Liaise with team members to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse facility at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in computer applications and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a positive attitude.
