Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transportation of inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Package and label products with precision to ensure seamless shipping processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but preferred for some roles).
- Willingness to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a fixed schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and work independently.
